I ran into a snag with a battery-powered thermal vest that was out of warranty, but honestly, I barely used it, just for some chilly outdoor runs. I reached out to Northern Diver and shipped it back, not expecting much since most companies just don’t care. But Northern Diver is definitely not like the rest; they repaired it and returned it to me in under a week. I'm really happy and impressed with the service - big thanks to Cara and the team!
